The Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club was established in the Winter of 1996. We are an incorporated, non-profit organization.
Our club grounds are located just East of Kakabeka in the Township of Oliver Paipoonge.
The Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club is one of over 40 similar clubs across Canada.
We are members of the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada (GSSCC), and the Canadian Working Belgian Shepherd Association (CWBSA).
About the Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club
Our members train and compete in local, regional, national and international trials and events.
Circumstances permitting, we have 1-2 Trials and seminars a year, hosting top trainers from all across Canada. Some members have traveled to Winnipeg and BC, Southern Ontario, Quebec and St. John NB to attend trials and seminars and achieve titles. With this we have proudly encompassed many philosophies of the sport.
The Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club is committed to the sport of Schutzhund. Members train in all 3 phases, tracking, obedience and protection.
Our dedication has kept us in the sport for many years and we will continue to strive for excellence in the future.

(We DO NOT offer personal protection training or Obedience Classes.)
