About the Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club
T he Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club was established in the Winter of 1996. We are an incorporated, non-profit organization.
Our club grounds are located in Stanley just West of Thunder Bay in the Township of Oliver Paipoonge.
The Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club is one of over 30 similar clubs across Canada.
We are members of the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of Canada (GSSCC).
Our members can train and compete in local, regional, national and international trials and events throughout the world.
Circumstances permitting, we have 1-2 Trials and seminars a year, hosting top trainers from all across Canada. Some members have traveled to Winnipeg and BC and clubs in Southern Ontario and St. John NB to attend seminars and achieve titles. With this we have proudly encompassed many philosophies of the sport.
The Thunder Bay Schutzhund Club is committed to the sport of Schutzhund. This commitment is demonstrated by the excellent results we have achieved so far, and we will continue to strive for excellence in the future.
